Behind the Madness...

The Katt
Just like any feline, this creature likes playing with a round little toy. Of course, this toy is in the Space-Time Continuum, and it is linked to the physical bodies of people in the real world. The toy gets pounced on, disappears with a "PFOPF!", and then reappears elsewhere in the Continuum. The real people also disappear and reappear in different dimensions, times, or planets.

The Toy

Bob
Big and dumb, Bob originated in a barbarious realm, where brawn was often more important than brains. On this world, Bob was a genius. Scary, isn't it? It is said that a gleam of intelligence once appeared in Bob's eye, whereupon antibodies mistook it for a germ and killed it.

Toto
This little dog is Bob's companion, bringing up the average IQ of the pair. Wracked with low self esteem, Toto took advantage of a momentary deityhood to upgrade his looks.

Judy
An innocent girl in the wrong place at the wrong time. Judy happened to be in range when the Katt pounced upon it's toy at the time, Bob and Toto. Although confused with her sudden shifts through space-time, she adapts well, taking control easily in any situation.

Niamh
(pronounced NEEV)
Formerly the assistant to the Mayor of Populoucity, Niamh's a little less adaptable than Judy. Luckily for her, her trip to the I-Mall left her with a pair of glasses and makeup bag, both of which are "phase-proof" and thus follow her through space-time. Her vanity is as great as her fuse is short.

Secondary Characters

The Blob
Constructed of gris-gris and lime jello, this creature only wanted to be loved... oh, and to eat Toto.

Backward People
Yup. They're pretty backward. But they only speak opposite when asked a direct question.

Elleh Kin'car
Murderous and psychotic, Elleh and his Urr-mate are wanted in 24 galactic quadrants for numerous vile crimes. But isn't he cuuute?

Nuance
Arrogant sorta guy who tries to create an illusion of control over the other members of the Vigilante 6.

Doctor 7
A man driven mad with power after inventing The Box: a device which turned thought into reality, with a few major side effects.

Lizard Queen
Taking full advantage of her cuteness, LQ always manages to get out of trouble. When she cutely talks with her stuffed toy lizards Fred and Ting it's a little weird, though.

Trenchcoat Cowboy
Liking the cowboy style, but not the music, TC spends his free time listening to J-pop and watching anime on channel 1.

Tattoo Girl
Slightly obsessed with "Tomb Raider"-famed Lara Croft, Tattoo Girl has played and finished all four games numerous times. Please stop asking for nude pictures of Tattoo Girl.

Gothic Poet
Through his veins runs not blood, but angst. Woe is he that is forced, nay, thrust into such a dismal existance. WOE!

Blair Bitch
With such an unfortunate family name, it's no wonder Blair eventually turned out the way she is. Too much sugar causes Blair to fall into a trance-like state, where visions of the near future may visit her.

Nuns
These sisters aren't your usual convent-dwellers. Armed with uzis and freeze rays, the nuns travel the streets seeking out evil on a daily basis. Except on Sunday, of course.

Nazis
Though half of the city's population turned into Nazis, this group is nothing more than untrained guys wearing historical costumes. But they have guns, and they speak badly translated German.

Kenny Sanskur
He's a comic book character and he knows it. He also knows he's not a main character and that pisses him off.

K.A.S.s
Kawaii Anime Sidekicks. Unbearably cute. Also unbearably unbearable. Make sure you're facing them so you can read their subtitles.

Godin Thrackseeker
The only remaining soldier in the Hapi-Hapi Land-ian army, Godin rides on with his demonic helmet and gauntlet.

Demons
Never EVER poke a demon. I'm serious.

Grelda
Grelda, the one-legged, three-toed cyclops hag of Hapi-Hapi Land, wreaks havoc with her ominously glowing magic.

Grizball Shteel
A perfect example of Populoucity's citizenry: a perverted, greasy, lowlife with a mind in the gutter.

He
The Ninja named He
A figure of mystery
And really bad luck.
